Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve?
We serve Greater Los Angeles, and depending on availability, we also make the effort to serve Orange County, Riverside County, and the Inland Empire (IE). Text your ZIP Code to (310)948-1892 to confirm availability and the nearest slot.
What’s the difference between curbside and indoor pickup?
Curbside : Item is outside and ready (curb/driveway/alley).
Indoor : We remove the item from inside your home/garage/yard with proper equipment and care.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not for curbside or secure-access pickups (e.g., gate code, lockbox, concierge), as long as the item is accessible and you’ve given permission. For indoor pickups that require entry to your home, an adult (18+) should be present unless building/concierge access has been arranged.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, yes. Same-day service is available depending on schedule (rush fee may apply). Call or text (310) 948-1892.
What items do you take? Anything you don’t take?
We take most household/office items, furniture, mattresses, appliances, garage/yard debris, and renovation debris.
We cannot take hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, oils/solvents, biohazards, explosives, medical sharps). Some items (fridges, tires, e-waste, concrete) may have special disposal fees.
Do you take heavy materials like dirt, concrete, brick, or roofing?
What we accept (clean, unmixed loads):
Concrete, brick, pavers, tile, stone (rebar/metal removed when possible)
Dirt/soil, sand, gravel, sod (best when dry)
Asphalt, roofing shingles (bundled/contained)
What you can expect:
Standard load pricing covers typical household debris.
Heavy materials may switch to weight-based pricing and incur an overweight/extra dump fee.
If the material is mixed (e.g., dirt + trash/wood), the facility may charge higher rates—we’ll advise on-site.
Do you offer demolition services?
Yes—we offer light demolition services. We handle small, non-structural projects (e.g., sheds, small decks, fences, cabinets/vanities, carpet/flooring removal, drywall panel removal, floor removal, and bath/kitchen tear-outs that don’t require heavy equipment).
Because every demo is different, we require an in-person scope of work to quote accurately. There’s a $49 site visit fee to survey and confirm access/utilities; if you book, that $49 is credited toward your total.
Do you charge for longer distances?
Your price includes travel within 20 miles of our base. Beyond that, extended travel will depend on the distance exceeding the 20 mile radius. We’ll confirm this in your quote before scheduling.
How do I pay?
$99 curbside: Prepaid at booking
$139 indoor: Pay on arrival (before removal)
By the Load: Pay on completion
We accept Zelle and all major credit cards. Apple Pay is coming soon.
Will you recycle or donate items?
Yes—whenever possible. We prioritize recycling and donation first, then dispose of the rest properly.
